The Community Exchange Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of the community through the redistribution of useful resources that are no longer needed by their owners. Your contributions are tax deductible.


The Community Exchange Foundation, through our Kids' Exchange Consignment Sale events, donates proceeds and unsold goods to the following local organizations in the greater Glens Falls/Adirondack region:

Unsold Goods: Merchandise remaining at the end each Kids' Exchange Consignment Sale is donated to:

North Country Ministry Unsold items from the Kids' Exchange are donated to North Country Ministry in Warrensburg. NCM is a not-for-profit outreach organization which provides assistance and advocacy without discrimination to anyone in need in this area. Their Warrensburg Center houses The Baby’s Place which offers needy citizens gently used and new infant and toddler clothing, baby furniture and other items. For more information, visit:

Friends of Crandall Public Library Unsold children's books from each Kids' Exchange Consignment Sale are donated to the Friends of Crandall Libary. The Friends group holds a used book sale three times each year at Crandall Public Library to raise funds for the library.

Victory's Closet at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany Unsold items from the Kids' Exchange are donated to Victory's Closet, a boutique for victims of domestic violence. Volunteers from The Soroptimist International of the Adirondacks organize, maintain and supervise the operation of Victory's Closet.
